Industry preview: Pipfruit heads for another record year

Orchardists have just had their best year in a nearly a decade and another good year is coming up.

Pipfruit New Zealand says the 2012-13 harvest was the largest crop in nearly 10 years with apple and pear exports surpassing $500 million worth for the first time.
