NZX says audited accounts for year to June 30 have not been filed.
Insured Group shares has been suspended from trading by the NZX.
The company had failed to provided audited annual results to June 30 as required, the NZX said in a statement, and after a five-day grace period the suspension was enacted this morning.
Insured was formed after a reverse takeover of the Lombard Group last year.
The Securities Commission initiated an investigation against Lombard's lack of disclosure, but new Financial Markets Authority chief executives Sean Hughes canned the case in July because the current director and company "generally had no involvement in the non-compliant behaviour".
