Interest rates on loans could be capped
Commerce and Consumer Affairs Minister Simon Power today refused to rule out capping loan interest rates.
Mr Power told the commerce select committee capping interest rates would be one of the topics discussed at a summit in south Auckland on August 11 to consider ways to tackle unscrupulous
