Infant formula marketer A2 Milk has announced a long-awaited production acquisition with the purchase of Yashili’s plant at Pōkeno for $282 million.
The move coincides with A2 Milk’s sale of its 75% stake in Mataura Valley Milk for $100m to Open Country Dairy.
