Move follows failure to comply with performance obligations in contract, says infant formula marketer.

Infant formula marketer A2 Milk has cancelled exclusive manufacturing and supply agreements with Synlait citing breach of performance obligations in the year to June.
A2 Milk is a major infant formula customer for Synlait's Dunsandel processing plant in Canterbury.
