A2 Milk eyes ‘large outlay of capital’ on acquisitions

Infant formula marketer A2 Milk has given the broadest hint so far that major acquisitions are on the cards, as outgoing chair David Hearn told its annual meeting available cash would be “almost exclusively” used to strengthen its supply chain.

As of June 30, A2 Milk had a cash balance of $802
