NZX-listed Asset Plus has decided to sell the asset at 35 Graham St in Auckland’s CBD it had previously earmarked for an ambitious redevelopment.
The property fund bought the asset from Auckland Council for $58 million in 2019 and will sell it to a New Zealand-based private investor for $65m,
