ASX journey ends for NZ dairy company
Five years after listing across the Tasman as Keytone Enterprises, trading in its shares is suspended with the appointment of receivers.
The ASX company’s Christchurch subsidiary, which announced a contract with Fonterra in May, is not itself in receivership.
A five-year stint on the ASX has come to an abrupt halt for Halo Foods – which floated as New Zealand milk powder packager and marketer Keytone Enterprises in July 2018 – after a severe cash crunch forced the appointment of receivers on Friday.
