ASX-listed builder AV Jennings could go private for A$374m
Company has been a major player in housing industry since 1932, including in NZ, but the name would disappear if US bid succeeds.
Hobsonville Point was developed through a partnership between AV Jennings and Kāinga Ora – Homes & Communities.
ASX-listed home builder AV Jennings, known in New Zealand for the Hobsonville Point development in Auckland, could be taken private in a deal that values the company at more than double its current market capitalisation.
