NZX-listed Black Pearl Group has signed a conditional agreement to acquire US agentic AI-based sales company B2B Rocket in a deal potentially worth up to US$13 million ($21.6m).
As part of the deal announcement, the Wellington-based software company also confirmed its intent to file an application
