ComCom clears Eroad Coretex deal
Regulator now satisifed merger won’t reduce competition in New Zealand.
The Commerce Commission has cleared NZX-listed telematics company Eroad to buy competitor Coretex, four months after the $188 million deal was announced.
In a statement issued late yesterday, the Commission said it was now satisfied the transaction would be unlikely to substantiantially lessen
