Costs to rebuild fire-damaged International Convention Centre 'disappointing,' says Fletcher, as capital investments of $370m announced.
The International Convention Centre is expected to be complete in 2025 after a fire in 2019 set back construction.
The costs of rebuilding the fire-damaged International Convention Centre have blown out by $150 million, contractor Fletcher Building said this morning.
In a statement to the NZX, Fletcher said the unexpected complexity of the project meant costs would now exceed its recoveries from insurance
