DroneShield CEO and chair to stand down
Shares in ASX-listed DroneShield have surged, but have also been dogged by Oleg Vornik and Peter James’ recent stock sale worth about A$70m.
Oleg Vornik was born in Russia and spent his teenage years in Christchurch before moving to Australia.
