Empire ordered to pay Vital’s costs over abandoned takeover
Vital says counter lawsuit by Simon Herbert’s company is ‘currently paused’ in the High Court.

Telco infrastructure company Vital is due reimbursement of $247,037 by would-be takeover bidder Empire Technology after a determination from the Takeovers Panel found in its favour.
In August, Empire – which is controlled by marina and property developer Simon Herbert – filed a takeover notice
