Fletcher sells Construction businesses for $315.6m
Further costs of $55m-$65m announced relating to ‘probable future claims’.
The sale of Fletcher's Construction businesses to Vinci Construction is expected to complete this year.
Fletcher Building has announced the sale of its Construction division to France-based multinational Vinci Construction for $315.6 million.
The announcement comes six months after Fletcher appointed advisers to consider sale options for the unit.
