Freightways takes another bite of Australia
The transport firm has entered an agreement to buy VT Freight Express for A$71m.

Listed transport company Freightways has entered into an agreement to buy Australian firm VT Freight Express for A$71 million ($81.4m).
The purchase price is subject to customary completion adjustments and will be funded through existing and new bank debt facilities.
