Goodman issues $200m bond to repay maturing debt
The property trust will have $590m available liquidity post issue.
NZX-listed Goodman Property Trust is issuing $200 million in six-year bonds, prefunding payment of a $100m bond maturing in July, as well as repaying existing bank debt.
