Goodman Property says repositioning justifies flat payout
Arguably, Goodman sold the Wynyard assets at the top of the market but that will still dilute earnings in the short-term.

The manager of Goodman Property Trust is forecasting that distributions in the current year will be flat at 6.65c a unit.
The payout has been at that same level for the past three years already, although between 2014 and 2016 the trust had been paying out more than its cash earnings.
