Greenfern’s managing director steps down; director takes over
The medicinal cannabis company chair says the decision was ‘mutual’.

Listed medicinal cannabis company Greenfern Industries has replaced managing director and co-founder Dan Casey with former director Elizabeth Plant.
Casey will continue as a consultant to the company until the end of September as part of the handover process, the company said in an NZX statement.
