Herbert takes court action over bill for Vital takeover
Dispute follows withdrawal of proposed partial offer by Empire Technology in September.
Vital says it will 'strenuously defend' the High Court proceedings.
Telco infrastructure company Vital says would-be takeover bidder Empire Technology, controlled by marina and property developer Simon Herbert, is refusing to pay costs incurred in its abortive bid and has filed court proceedings on the matter.
