James Ogden retires from Summerset board
The retirement village operator appointed a new member recently and will not seek a replacement.
Summerset director James Ogden has announced his retirement from the board of the aged care provider after 11 years.
His last day will be April 27, the same day as the company's annual meeting.
Ogden joined the board in September 2011, with the company listing on the NZX in November the same
