Key Blis customer files patents for Blis products, company says
The listed probiotic maker will come out of a trading halt this morning after telling the market it would take legal action.

Blis Technologies has engaged lawyers after one of its key customers allegedly filed patents for two of Blis’ fermentation processes in three countries.
NZX-listed Blis told the market this morning that it was aware this customer had filed a patent for the Blis K12 and Blis M18 fermentation
