Meridian buys retailer Flick for $70m
Z Energy exits electricity retail.
Z Energy is exiting the electricity retail business with the sale of its Flick Electric operation to Meridian for $70 million.
In a statement to the NZX, Meridian said it had been selected as buyer after Z Energy’s owner Ampol sought expressions of interest.
