Meridian Energy will invest $6.7 million in wind energy minnow NZ Windfarms as part of a capital raise to fund a redevelopment of the Te Rere Hau windfarm near Palmerston North.
In a statement to the NZX, NZ Windfarms said it would place 43.2 million shares to Meridian at 15.5c a share, a 32%
