Millennium & Copthorne and its subsidiary CDL have been censured for breaching NZX listing rules, with the listed hotel company labelling a $50,000 penalty for each entity disappointing.
The penalty, breaches and censure were posted to the NZX today following a NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal
