Millennium & Copthorne ‘disappointed’ with rule breach penalty

Listed hotel company and its subsidiary have been censured for multiple breaches by the NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal.

Millennium & Copthorne and its subsidiary CDL have been censured for breaching NZX listing rules, with the listed hotel company labelling a $50,000 penalty for each entity disappointing.

The penalty, breaches and censure were posted to the NZX today following a NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal
