PGG Wrightson appoints Agria nominee as independent director
Wilson Liu will join the board in July, 18 months after his nomination in an attempted boardroom coup.

Farm supplies retailer and livestock trader PGG Wrightson has announced the appointment of Hong Kong-based accountant Wilson Liu as a director from July 1.
Chair Garry Moore said Liu, who would be classified as an independent director, had been appointed with the full support of the board.
