Rakon investors question need for director fee pool increase
UPDATE: Votes show large number of shareholders against fee rise, but it ultimately was passed.

UPDATE Just over 40% of Rakon shareholders who voted at today's AGM were against an increase to the board's fee pool from $530,000 to $603,500, including a rise in the “extra work” provision from $20,000 to $75,000 in total.
