Retirement housing provider GemLife makes strong ASX debut
The company offers housing to baby boomers under a structure where people buy the house and not the land.
The model suits retirees who are downsizing and need cash to top up their pension balances.
Shares in retirement village operator GemLife enjoyed a successful debut on the ASX today with the shares jumping almost 6% over the issue price.
