Spark has announced an agreement to sell a 75% interest in its data centre business to Pacific Equity Partners (PEP) for initial cash proceeds of approximately $486 million.
The NZX and ASX-listed telco told the market this morning that additional deferred cash proceeds of up to approximately $98m
