Summerset starts 2022 with record sales tidings
Sales down on same period last year but a record total in 2021.

NZX-listed retirement village operator and developer Summerset has launched 2022 in much the same way it launched 2021 - by announcing strong last-quarter sales.
The company reported 234 sales for the quarter ending December 31, 2021, comprising 121 new sales and 113 resales.
