Summerset underlying profit up 44% after sales bump
The listed aged care provider exceeded build rate guidance in its 2021 financial year.
Underlying profit at NZX-listed aged care provider Summerset rose 44% in the year ended December 31 in an “extraordinarily good year”.
Stripping out non-cash measures, underlying profit of $141.1 million was up on $98.3m in the company’s 2020 financial year.
