Infant formula marketer A2 Milk has agreed to subscribe for shares in a capital raise by its debt-laden supplier Synlait as the companies settle a dispute over their contractual relationship.
Shares in Synlait were up 20% to 36c by noon after the announcement while A2 Milk shares gained 5% to $7.80
