T&G Global in ‘advanced discussions’ to divest divisions
The listed horticulture company has plans to sell two branches of its business to separate owners.

T&G Global, previously known as Turners and Growers, is close to selling two of its divisions.
Through an update to the NZX today, the horticulture company reported it was in "advanced discussions" to divest its New Zealand fresh produce business, as well as its Fijian and Pacific businesses.
