Task Group attracts A$310m offer from NYSE-listed Par Technology
Former Plexure business shifted to a sole ASX listing last year but previously expressed its commitment to NZ operations.
Task Group’s technology earned it a lucrative contract with McDonald’s in 2022 which bumped up its market value.
ASX-listed mobile engagement software company Task Group has entered into a scheme arrangement to be acquired by NYSE-listed Par Technology Corporation for an implied value of A$310 million ($331m).
The New Zealand-founded company’s board has unanimously recommended the scheme, noting that –
