NZX-listed software company TradeWindow has announced a plan to raise $10 million, mostly through a placement to institutions.
The share offer will be priced at 70c a share, a 31% discount to yesterday’s closing price of $1.01, valuing the company at $87m. The stock has been placed in trading halt
