Virgin soars on ASX return
The IPO valued Virgin at A$2.28b, but the strong debut pushed that up to A$2.46b.
Virgin was purchased out of administration by Bain Capital in 2020.
Shares in the Virgin Australia airline took off on debut today, ignoring global turmoil to trade 7.9% over the initial public offer issue price.
