Vital Healthcare buys A$76.6m Sydney leasehold site

NZX-listed Vital Healthcare has bought 27,840sq m of leasehold land in Western Sydney for A$76.6 million, where it plans to develop 32,000sq m of healthcare assets in multiple stages.
