Vital Healthcare expects further dividend growth after 8.5% lift

Vital Healthcare Property Trust lifted its full-year dividend by 8.5% and expects to follow this up with a further 1.2% rise in its 2023 year.

The trust pointed to strong growth in earnings as well as recent development and acquisitions for the 9.25c a unit dividend for the year ended June 30.
