NZX disclosure comes more than three months after Joo Hai Lee was arrested in Malaysia.

The chair of farm services company PGG Wrightson, Joo Hai Lee, has been charged with breaches of securities laws in Singapore.
In a statement to the NZX, the company said the charges related to Singapore-listed company Hyflux, where Lee served as a director.
