IRD gets $1.6m of Forestlands cash
Investors still waiting as FMA seeks liquidation of 18 Forestlands companies.
There will be $1.6 million less cash for investors in the Forestlands group of companies after the High Court approved a claim by Inland Revenue for payment of tax due.
About 4400 investors have been waiting for more than a year for the proceeds of the sale of land and trees by the 18 companies
