Jackson Russell is pleased to announce the appointment of David Compton as partner to the firm. Dave has 17 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer, and has joined the firm as a commercial property specialist.
Dave advises clients on all facets of property matters including complex subdivisions and developments, leasehold structures, major property acquisitions, commercial leases, due diligence, disputes, financing and ownership structuring. Dave is widely recognised as an expert in his field and his recent work includes several high profile New Zealand property transactions.
Before moving to Jackson Russell, Dave was a partner at another highly regarded Auckland law firm focusing on commercial clients and property.
