Jackson Russell is pleased to announce the appointment of a new partner within its Property and Personal Client team.
Israel Vaealiki has joined the firm to lead its trusts and estates team. He has over 14 years’ experience in this specialist area and advises clients on trusts, wills, estates, succession planning, matrimonial/relationship property issues and philanthropy. Israel provides advice to families, business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, professionals, directors and senior executives to help them manage risk and preserve family wealth.

Israel is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Before moving to Jackson Russell, Israel was a senior associate at a boutique law firm specialising in trusts. He has practised in Auckland for over 10 years advising high net worth clients and families on complex trust, estate and succession planning issues. Prior to practising in Auckland he worked overseas as in-house counsel for a trustee company providing trustee services to high net worth clients in the United States of America.
