JLL is pleased to announce Ben Dalton’s recent appointment as Head of Project and Development Services.
Ben has been with JLL since 2012 and previously managed the Project and Development Services team in Auckland. With a background and formal qualifications in Construction Management and Architectural Technology, Ben has delivered many small and large-scale projects across a wide range of property sectors while working for top-tier organisations in Auckland, Sydney and London.
JLL has also recently appointed Ashan Soysa as a Project Manager in the Project and Development Services team in Auckland.
Ashan is a Registered Architect, previously with Walker Group for the last 11 years as a Project Manager and Project Architect. His recent notable projects includes the Metro Centre Refurbishment (comprised of the MetroLanes Bowling Alley Fit-out and the Aotea Market Lane Restaurant Precinct Fit-out), Amanora Town Centre Shopping Complex (India), plus a multitude of mixed-use and residential based projects varying in scale and budget.
