JLL appoints Phoebe Hewitson and Ben Radovonich to the valuations and advisory division. Both Hewitson and Radovonich join the JLL Auckland team as assistant valuers.

Prior to joining JLL, Hewitson was the operations and events administrator at RICS where she gained valuable experience within the property and construction industry.  She is currently in her final semester at the University of Auckland, completing a Bachelor of Property.

A recent graduate from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Property, Radovonich joins the JLL Auckland team bringing with him strong experience from his previous employment at Ford Baker Valuation in Christchurch.

Dave Wigmore, national director of valuations and advisory, says “We are delighted to have secured two outstanding graduates into our growing Auckland valuation and advisory team.  They complement the existing nationwide team of 15 students and graduates who are developing quickly into highly competent young property professionals progressing towards registration as valuers.”

The JLL valuation and advisory division specialise in providing sophisticated, impartial real estate appraisals on properties ranging from office buildings and retail centres to industrial assets and mixed-use developments; looking beyond present value assessments to understand market trends, competing assets and projected income.
