A judge has ruled in favour of Meredith Connell after it was accused of misleading the court in bankruptcy proceedings.

Earlier this month, Bell Gully partner Murray Tingey accused Meredith Connell partner Nick Malarao of misleading Associate Judge Jeremy Doogue in the High Court at Auckland.
