Judge’s sex naming blunder

Public access to hundreds of High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court decisions has been blocked after a High Court judge wrongly named sex abuse victims in a judgment.

No-one will name the judge who gave the judgment, which University of Auckland law professor Bill Hodge says is wrong.
