PGC's George Kerr has avoided giving evidence in an Employment Court case with an 11th hour offer.

PGC [NZX: PGC] chairman George Kerr has avoided giving evidence in an Employment Court case in Christchurch this morning.

On the second day of the case Mr Kerr was due to appear as a witness by video at 9.30 this morning.

But he has made a settlement offer to former PGC financial controller James
