Kiwibank chairman, deputy chairman resign
Susan Macken is now Kiwibank chairwoman.
Kiwibank chairman Rob Morrison has resigned effective April 13 and will be replaced by director Susan Macken.
The deputy chairman, Rhoda Phillippo, has also resigned.
Mr Morrison joined Kiwibank's board in 2011 and Ms Phillippo joined last year.
