Latitude Financial Services, a leading consumer finance business in Australia and New Zealand, has announced Adrienne Duarte as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Adrienne joins Latitude from Bank of New Zealand (BNZ), where she has been their CFO for the past five years, with 17 years working as a senior executive at National Australia Bank Group (NAB). Adrienne made history at BNZ becoming its first female CFO, and has deep expertise across financial services including Treasury, Investor Relations, Planning and Business Development.
Sean Morrissey, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Latitude Financial Services, said this was a very important appointment for the business, saying Adrienne ‘is an outstanding and accomplished CFO, with a proven track record of success’.
“She is a dynamic, insightful and progressive executive who has vast experience in growing businesses and achieving positive results. We are delighted to have a leader of the quality of Adrienne join the team and I look forward to working closely with her in the future.”
Following a global search, Adrienne takes the accountability for Finance, Tax, Sourcing and Treasury at Latitude. She will relocate back to Melbourne from New Zealand in July.
